• when appropriate, we contact key partners and other decision-makers at law firms to inquire about their staffing needs in the relevant practice area and/or to gauge their interest in the particular candidate’s background (without identifying the candidate, initially);
    
• when the candidate instructs us to formally pursue an opportunity with a particular firm, we will present the candidate’s information to the right people at that firm in a persuasive, professional, confidential package which highlights the candidate’s strengths, achievements and suitability for the position at hand;
    
• we follow-up at appropriate times with prospective firms in a tactful and respectful manner, relieving the candidate of this sometimes awkward and burdensome task;
    
• when a firm is interested in meeting the candidate we coordinate prompt interviews, provide relevant information regarding the interviewers, serve as a liaison for the exchange of information between the firm and candidate, and provide interviewing tips and general advice to the candidate throughout the interview process.
